Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Health MCP, a private application for synchronizing personal health information.

Key points

  • Private personal use only
  • Not medical advice
  • Read-only Google Health access
  • Authorization can be revoked

1. Acceptance

By authorizing or using Health MCP, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the application.

2. Service description

Health MCP retrieves selected Google Health information with read-only permission and organizes it for private tracking and analysis. Features and data availability may change as underlying services evolve.

3. Personal use

The application is intended solely for lawful, private and personal use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service or use it to process another person's health information without valid authorization.

4. Google authorization

Health MCP operates only after you grant the requested permissions through Google OAuth. You may withdraw authorization at any time through your Google Account. Revocation stops future synchronization and may limit or disable the application.

5. No medical advice

Health MCP is an informational record-keeping tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on it for urgent or clinical decisions.

6. Availability and accuracy

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Health data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate because of device, network or third-party service limitations. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Health MCP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or discontinued to protect security, comply with law or maintain the application. You may stop using Health MCP at any time by revoking its Google Account access.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be sent to the support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
